Set Up Trolley

  • Get the table break down from Curt or Krystal

  • Make a map for where each table is at each time slot

    • There are 3 time slots 11AM/1PM/2PM

  • Set up a tower for each person

    • Set the tower with the 2 glasses facing the customer's chair

    • Turn the glasses so the Las Positas Logo faces the customer's chair

  • Set a trolley menu and plastic silverware next to every tower
