Opening Tasks
Outside Bar (check picture)
Fill both Water Jugs with Ice to the top then add water to fill
Bring out cup tray
Fill if needed
Bring out silverware container
Fill if needed
Bring out a black tray to put plates on
Bring out speaker and bluetooth connect an ipad
Click on Spotify and choose the Las Positas Playlist
Pour Room
Check the white board for updates and the days reservations
Open up any wines on the menu and date the bottles
Less than 50 Reservations only needs 1 bottle each
Make sure your ipad is connected to a cash drawer
If not go to Existing Drawers and select todays
Tasting Room
Make sure there is a menu for customers on the bar
Located at Greeter Station
Set out a pour bucket and tip jar for each server
Grab 4 bottles of each wine to set behind the bar
Make sure you have glasses ready
Open Cash Drawer
Get in to Activ8
Go to Tools on the top menu
Go to Create Cash Drawer on the left menu
Fill in your name in Search for Name
Fill in the Cash Count in each section
For 1s count how many 1s and enter the number
Same for 5s, 10s, 20s, 50s, 100s, Pennies, Nickles, Dimes, & Quarters
Press New Cash Drawer
On all other ipads
Open up Activ8
Go to Tools on the top menu
Go to Create Cash Drawer on the left menu
Click on Use Existing
Click on Todays Cash Count
