Wine Tastings or Live Music Reservations

Open up Eventbrite App
- It will bring you to a dashboard page of the last opened event
To change the event you would like to seeClick on the 3 vertical dots in the top left corner
- Click on the event name under Lisa's name
  - This opens up a list of all the events
- Choose the one you need
  - This will bring you to this event's dashboard
To check people in click on Check In at the bottom menu: 3rd from the left
- Find the Name of the guest and click on the box next to the name labeled Check In
To add a reservation click on Sell at the bottom menu: 2nd from the left
- For Wine Tasting Reservations
  - Click on the + button next to Las Positas Vineyards Reservation
  - Add in the amount of guests for the reservation
  - Click Register
  - Add in guests information
    - For walkins use- Email: walk@in.com | First Name: Walk | Last Name: In | Cellphone: 555-5555
  - This will bring up the confirmation page
    - For walkins click Check in all
  - Click Done
- For Live Music
  - Click on Pick on Map
    - The Green Dots are the available seats
  - Click on the seats the guest would like to purchase
    - You might need to zoom in to click on the seats
  - Click Checkout
  - Choose the type of payment
    - For cash bring it to the cash drawer to make change
    - For credit card add in the card information
  - Add in guests information
    - For walkins use- Email: walk@in.com | First Name: Walk | Last Name: In | Cellphone: 555-5555
  - This will bring up the confirmation page
  - Click Check in all
To Refund an order
- Click on Orders at the bottom menu: 4th from the left
- Click on the order that needs to be refunded
- Click Refund
  - For wine tasting reservations you still hit refund even though its $0
    - it will not actually refund but cancel the reservation
- Click the tickets that need to be refunded
  - If it's the whole order click all the tickets
- Click Next
- It will open up Refund Options
- Click on reason for cancellation and pick the one that fits best
- Click Next
- Review Refund screen will pop up
- Make sure everything looks correct
- Click Process Refund
