Closing Tasks

Refer to the Checklist

• Bottle count (Record on sheet and/or in system)

• Recycle bottles & put milk crates back

• Ensure all open tabs in Pending Transactions are closed

• Plug in all iPads & credit card devices

• Pick up trash

• Polish glasses & fill Tasting Room Bar & Pour Room

• Change Silverware Roll Ups to Plastic Silverware (when there is a concert)

• Restock:

  • Cups

  • Silverware Rolls

  • Plates

  • White wines in Pour Room Fridge

  • Tasting menu wines in cabinet (not last Sunday of the month)

  • Tasting Room Wine Wall (not Sunday)

• Wash Water Carafes and Green Glasses

• Close Umbrellas & Secure

• Dump ice & water (leave for concerts)

• Wash wine stoppers and pour discs

• Heaters off (leave for concerts)

• Bring signs in (leave for concerts)

• Dump trash, recycling and compost (in hallway)

• Drain the Dishwashers (Dishes & Glasses Dishwashers)

• Concert Restock:

  • Tasting Room Wine Wall

  • Cups

  • White wines in Concert Fridge

• Set up Trolley

• Close Cash Drawer

  • Get into Avctiv8

  • Go to Tools in the top menu

  • Go to Cash Drawer Close Out on the left menu

  • Fill in the Cash Count in each section

    • For 1s count how many 1s and enter the number

    • Same for 5s, 10s, 20s, 50s, 100s, Pennies, Nickles, Dimes, & Quarters

  • Press Close Out Cash Drawer

• Close out all Apps on Ipads

  • Sunday = Turn off Ipads
