Bussing Area

This is where we put all dirty dishes and glasses

• Dirty Dishes go in the black bussing tubs

  • Throw all trash away in the correct trash or recycling bin

• Dirty Silverware in the Silverware bucket

  • Bucket filled with dish soap solution

• Dirty water carafes in the crate on the table

• Dirty water glasses (green glasses) in the short crates on the thin shelf under the table

• Dirty wine glasses go upside down in the crate on the wheeled cart

  • Leftover wine goes in the wine pour bucket/jar

• Dirty Napkins goes in the white laundry basket labeled Napkins underneath

  • Doesnt go in the towel bin

• Dirty towels goes in the busser tub labeled Towels underneath

  • Does no go in the napkin bin

• Unused/Extra crates are to go on a wheeled cart

  • Crates are not to be placed on the ground as we need constant easy access to the electric panels behind (this is according to Fire Ordinance)
