2022 Estate Tempranillo

This full-bodied wine exudes aromas of blackberry, cherry, white pepper, and tobacco. Smooth tannins greet your mid-palate with a lingering finish of black cherry, plum, and mocha. 

 

Food Choices

This wine will pair perfectly with a chorizo sandwich smothered in manchego cheese and roasted red peppers, or with braised short ribs.

2024 Estate Verdelho

Verdelho is traditionally grown in Portugal and Spain. It exhibits bright aromas of ripe pear, pineapple, mango, and orange blossom, with tropical flavors of mango, pear, lemon, and apple.

2021 Estate Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Our Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon represents the best barrels of our clone 6, 30, and 191 Cabernet. Aged for 28 months in French oak, it is elegant and complex, with aromas of plum, black cherry, leather, and clove. The palate is rich and full bodied, exhibiting flavors of pomegranate, dark chocolate, tobacco, and cherry.

Enjoy with Filet Mignon, Prime Rib, and venison Ossobuco.
