2015 Estate Chardonnay

Barrel fermented and aged sur lie for 9 months. Elegant aromas of green apple, lemon and peach.  Palate is complex, with rich flavors of pear, citrus and spice.

2016 Estate Rosé

Our 2016 Rosé wine exhibits delightful aromas of strawberry, watermelon, and spice. It is medium bodied with flavors of fresh raspberry, strawberry, and pomegranate.

2013 Estate Tempranillo

This wine has spicy aromas and flavors of dried cherry, raspberry, bramble, mocha, earth, and leather.

2014 Estate Malbec

Luscious aromas of blueberry, black cherry, spice and rose petal. The palate is full bodied and complex with flavors of blackberry, plum, black tea and chocolate.

2013 Estate Obscurus
Gold Medal | 2017 SF Chronicle Competition
Obscurus, meaning dark and unknown, exhibits aromas of plum, black cherry, cedar, and spice. The palate is soft and rich, with luscious flavors of blackberry, cherry, mocha and coffee.

2015 Estate Chardonnay
Paired with Jasper Hill's Von Trapp " Oma"    
Made by Sebastian Von Trapp on his family's dairy in Vermont.  Unpasteurized organic milk, pungent with sweet flavors and aromas of roasted nuts, cured meats and cultured butter.  Soft, almost pudding-like texture. 

2013 Estate Coccineous
Paired with Marin French “Supreme Brie”
Rich & smooth texture with a slightly sweet flavor and blooming with a fluffy white rind. Using the highest quality milk from local Marin County dairies, this cheese was crowned World Cheese Champion in 2005…the first time an American cheese topped France in an international competition for Brie. 

2012 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
Paired with Vintage Gouda 3 year aged “Uniekaas”
This rare, meticulously aged Gouda possesses a rich flavor, subtle sweetness, and crumbly texture found only in the very best aged cheeses.  

Its color is deep amber and burnt orange, 

and its flavor is an amazing combination of sweet butterscotch with a 

hint of saltiness.  Its texture is similar to Parmesan, very firm and flaky.

2013 Estate Tempranillo
Paired with La Casera “Camembert di Bufala”
Produced from raw milk with organic agricultural methods in a small dairy in Piemonte region of Italy. Its paste is white and mild in taste which becomes sharper with seasoning. 

2013 Estate Barbera
Paired with Meadow Creek “Grayson”
With its renowned reddish-orange rind and golden paste, Grayson is the classic example of a washed ride cheese. The texture is supple and becomes silky as it warms up. The rich beefy paste is slightly sweet with grassy, nutty notes and a solid earthly undertone.

2013 Obscurus
Paired with Istara “P’tit Basque”
P’tit Basque boasts the dramatic heritage of the Basque region between France and Spain. Made from 100% sheep’s milk, aged for a minimum of 70 days.  This cheese has a smooth, sweet flavor with a nutty finish.
