This full-bodied wine exudes aromas of blackberry, cherry, white pepper and tobacco. Smooth tannins greet your mid-palate with a lingering finish of black cherry, plum and mocha.

From your winemaker ...

In the cellar we are working on blending and bottling. Some new wines for 2018 will be an Estate white blend (Verdelho, Roussanne, and Albarino), and a gorgeous Estate Sangiovese.

We will be bottling the 2015 Reserve Cab and Meritage, the 2016 Reserve Chardonnay, and will begin blending our wine club wine, Conspiritus III.

In the vineyard, we will finish installing crossarms which will help protect our fruit from the sun, and will begin pruning in late January or early February.
